Whole Wheat Nutella Brownie Muffins

Whole Wheat Nutella Brownie Muffins make a delicious, wholesome treat anytime!

1 cup Nutella

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. salt

2/3 cup whole wheat flour

hazelnut ice cream, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs, Nutella and vanilla together. Add flour and 1/4 tsp. salt. Mix until combined.

Using a regular muffin tin, line 7-9 with paper or foil cupcake liners until they are about 3/4 full.

Bake 20 minutes or until they are cracking on top.

Serve warm with hazelnut ice cream.
