Watergate Salad

Watergate Salad was always the favorite at our family gatherings growing up. It is still a favorite today!

2-8 oz. cans crushed pineapple in juice

1-3.4 oz. package pistachio instant pudding

1-8 oz. container whipped topping, thawed

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped

In a medium bowl, stir together the pineapple with the juice and pudding mix until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows.

Cover and refrigerator for an hour.

Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
