Tuscan Pan-Seared Strip Steak

Make this Tuscan Pan-Seared Strip Steak for a delicious meal to serve Dad on Father’s Day!

4 8 oz. boneless beef strip steaks, 1 inch thick

2 tsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

4 lemon wedges

Heat a 12 inch skillet over high heat until very hot. Brush steaks with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, salt and pepper. Rub on steaks.

Place steaks in skillet, reduce heat to medium-high. Cook steaks 7 minutes, turn and cook 5 minutes longer for medium-rare or 7 minutes longer for medium.

Serve with lemon wedges and Crispy Parmesan Potatoes.
