Tuscan Chicken

Tuscan Chicken is a moist and savory entree that is quick to make for dinner tonight!

4 5 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

2 cloves garlic, sliced

2 Tsp. dried rosemary, crushed

1/2 tsp. rubbed sage

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

2 Tbsp. olive oil

Flatten chicken with a meat mallet to 1/2 inch thickness, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir garlic, rosemary, sage and thyme in oil for 1 minute.

Add chicken and cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until chicken juices run clear.

Add Noodles Romanoff  or Crispy Parmesan Potatoes
