Tuna Casserole

Tuna Casserole is an easy casserole to prepare on those busy weeknights!

1- 7 oz. package elbow macaroni

1-10.75 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup frozen peas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

1-5 oz. can light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked

2 Tbsp. diced pimentos

3 tsp. dried minced onion

1 tsp. ground mustard

1/4 tsp. salt

1/3 cup crushed cornflakes

Cook macaroni according to package directions, and 1/2 cup frozen peas the last few minutes of cooking.

In a large bowl, combine soup, mushrooms, cheese, milk, tuna, pimentos, onion, mustard and salt.

Drain macaroni and peas. Add to tuna mixture, mix well.

Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cornflakes.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
