Triple Chocolate Nut Clusters

The slow cooker makes these Triple Chocolate Nut Cluster easy to make and delicious to eat!

16 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts

9 3/4 oz. can salted whole cashews

2 cups pecan pieces

18 2 oz. chocolate bark coating squares, cut in half

12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate morsels

4 1 oz. bittersweet chocolate baking squares, broken into pieces

1 Tbsp. shortening

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a 5 quart slow cooker, cover and cook on low setting for 2 hours or until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla.

Drop candy by heaping teaspoonful onto wax paper.

Let stand at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Store in an airtight container.

Makes about 6 dozen
