Spicy White Cheese Dip

Spicy White Cheese Dip is a crowed pleaser with a little kick. It is a great idea to take to potlucks, office parties or even serve on your game day goodies table.

2 lbs. white American deli cheese slices, torn

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 tsp. minced garlic

2 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chilies

3/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

assorted chips for dipping

Place all ingredients, except chips in a 6 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low setting for 3 hours, stirring gently every hour.

Adjust slow cooker setting to warm. Stir before serving.

Serve with assorted chips and enjoy.

Makes about 8 cups
