Southwestern Dip

This Southwestern Dip is a great one to serve for any holiday or get-together!

1 16 oz. can refried beans

1 8 oz. package cream cheese

2 large tomatoes, diced

2 medium ripe avocados

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1 4 oz. can chopped ripe olives

1 small onion, chopped

1 4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies

Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Layer ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish in the order given.

Chill for several hours or overnight.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.

Yields: 3-4 cups
