Slow Cooker Shredded Taco Beef

This Slow Cooker Shredded Taco Beef will feed a crowd! It is truly delicious.

4-5 lb. beef chuck roast

1 Tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 14.5 oz. cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes

Place roast in a 5-6 quart slow cooker, sprinkle with seasonings. Pour tomatoes with juice over roast.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Using 2 forks, shred roast and spoon into taco shells.

Serve with your favorite taco toppers like, shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and guacamole!
