Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese

This Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese is a family favorite and simple to make!

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

2 Tbsp. oil

12 oz. can evaporated milk

1 1/2 cup milk

3 cups shredded Velveeta cheese

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 Tbsp. dried, minced onion

Combine macaroni and oil, toss to coat.

Pour into a lightly greased 4 quart slow cooker, stir in remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook on low setting for 3-4 hours, stir occasionally.

Serves 4-6
