Salisbury Steak & Onion Gravy

Serve this home-style Salisbury Steak & Onion Gravy for a delicious dinner tonight.

1 10.5 oz. can French onion soup, divided

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

1/4 tsp. salt

1.8 tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. flour

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup water

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. mustard

Mashed Potato Recipe

Combine 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl, shape into 6 patties.

Brown in a skillet over medium heat, drain and set aside.

Gradually blend remaining soup with flour until smooth, add remaining ingredients.

Pour into skillet, stir well. Return patties to skillet.

Cover, return to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean Bundles if desired.
