Rosemary Sirloin Tip Roast

Make this Rosemary Sirloin Tip Roast for family feasts or company dinners. It is easy to prepare and always delicious!

2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/2 tsp. celery salt

1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/8 tsp. dill weed

1/8 tsp. rubbed sage

1 2 lb. beef sirloin tip roast

Combine seasonings, rub over entire roast.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place roast on a rack in a large shallow roasting pan.

Bake roast, uncovered, 40-60 minutes or until the meat reaches your desired temperature on a thermometer,  (medium-rare =145 degrees, medium=160 degrees, well done=170 degrees).

Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Add Parmesan Twice Baked Potatoes  and a green salad for a delicious meal.
