Poppy Seed Chicken

This Poppy Seed Chicken makes a quick, yummy meal for dinner tonight!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup or homemade recipe here

8 oz. container sour cream

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed

2 Tbsp. poppy seed

Stir together chicken, soup and sour cream in a lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan.

Mix butter, crackers and poppy seed, spread mixture over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serves 4
