Pink Angel Food Cake

Pink Angel Food Cake makes a fun and tasty Valentine’s Day cake, or serve it year round for a delicious treat!

1-16 oz. package angel food cake mix

1/2 oz. pink lemonade Kool-Aid, unsweetened (3/4 tsp.)

4 cups powdered sugar

3 Tbsp. hot water

1 Tbsp. grenadine syrup, maraschino cherry liquid or 1/4 tsp. Kool-Aid unsweetened drink mix

In a large mixing bowl, combine angel food cake mix and 3/4 tsp. Kool-Aid.

Prepare cake according to package directions.

In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, hot water and grenadine syrup. If necessary add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time to make icing of drizzling consistency.

Drizzle icing over cooled cake. Top with white chocolate curls.
