Pecan Pie Bark

Pecan Pie Bark is such an easy recipe to make and so delicious to eat! It makes the perfect gift for the holidays.

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 1/4 cups pecan halves

2 packages honey graham crackers, about 12 sheets

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Lay graham crackers tightly across the bottom of a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Trim graham crackers to fit the sides if necessary. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, bring the butter, sugar and pecans to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Evenly pour the mixture over the graham crackers, spreading pecans around so they are even.

Immediately put graham crackers in oven and bake for 8 minutes.

Allow the bark to cool completely before breaking into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
