Peanut Butter Energy Balls

This Peanut Butter Energy Balls are a quick and easy recipe to prepare. These little balls are a great snack when you need a pick-me-up in the afternoon.

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

2/3 cup peanut butter with no added sugar

2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate 30-60 minutes until firm. Form mixture into one inch balls, and place on wax paper. Cover and refrigerate.

Energy balls can be kept in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
