Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia makes a delicious entree to serve at lunch or dinner meal, try this one!

3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

1/4 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

4 4 oz. tilapia fillets

lemon, cut into wedges

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan, paprika, parsley and salt. Drizzle the tilapia fillets with olive oil. Dredge them in the cheese mixture, pressing lightly with your fingers. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until the fish is opaque in the thickest part of the fillet.

Serve with lemon slices and Fancy Broccoli for a delicious meal.
