Parmesan Chicken Bake

Love chicken Parmesan but don’t have the time to make it? Try this Parmesan Chicken Bake in a casserole style, with all the irresistible flavor combinations!

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 garlic cloves crushed and finely chopped

1/4 tsp. crushed pepper flakes

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 cups prepared marinara sauce

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

8 oz. shredded mozzarella, divided

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1-5 oz. package garlic croutons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic and red pepper flakes.

Arrange the chicken breasts in bottom of dish, pour marinara sauce over chicken.

Sprinkle basil over marinara sauce and top with half the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan.

Sprinkle on the croutons and top with remaining cheeses.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, until cheese and croutons are golden brown and chicken is cooked through.

Insert thermometer into thickest part of chicken, temperature should be 160 degrees.
