Marinated Flank Steak

Refrigerating this Marinated Flank Steak in a spicy marinade makes the flavor just delicious!

1 to 2 lb. beef flank steaks

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. white vinegar

1 1/2 Tbsp. ground ginger

1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

3/4 cup oil

1 onion, chopped

Using a sharp knife, make shallow cuts in steaks, set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients together in a large plastic zip lock bag, add steaks.

Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, turning several times.

Grill or broil for 5-10 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

Slice thinly on an angle to serve.

Serve with Crispy Parmesan Potatoes for a tasty meal.
