Maple Praline Chicken

Make any day Mardi Gras with this delicious Maple Praline Chicken!

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed

1 cup chopped pecans

6 oz. package cooked long-grain and wild rice-cooked

Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in butter until golden.

Arrange chicken is a 5 quart slow cooker.

Mix together syrup, brown sugar and pecans, pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve with cooked rice.
