Make your Own Overnight Oatmeal

Make your Own Overnight Oatmeal for a delicious breakfast tomorrow!

1- (6 oz.) container yogurt, any flavor

1/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick cooking oats

1/4 cup fruit of choice

In container with tight-fitting cover, mix yogurt and uncooked oats. Stir in desired fruit.

Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, but no longer than 3 days before eating.

Eat before going to work or take with you and eat at work. This is a healthy and convenient way to have a good, nutritious breakfast.
