Make Guacamole a New Way

Try this interesting variation of Guacamole, you will be surprised of how good it is!

2 small ripe avocados

5 oz. frozen peas, lightly cooked, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup cilantro, trimmed and chopped

1 ripe plum tomato, chopped

1/3 cup chopped green onion, whites only

juice of one lime

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until just combined.

Transfer to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate.

Enjoy this spread anywhere you might use regular guacamole. Try this guacamole with Whole Wheat Bread, toasted.
