Hot Chicken Salad

Hot Chicken Salad has many possibilities, use for sandwiches, a dip, or more, it has a great taste. Top it with crushed potato chips for an added crunch!

4 cups cooked chicken, diced

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

2/3 cup slivered almonds

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup or homemade recipe here

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. lemon juice

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese, mix well.

Spread into and ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan, sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
