Homemade Olive Butter Spread

Homemade Olive Butter Spread has many advantages. It is fresh and lacks the chemical calories for a much better taste. If you are eating clean, try this one!

1/2 cup low salt butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Place both ingredients in a food processor. Process until well combined. The mixture should resemble thick yogurt.

Transfer to a serving bowl, preferably ceramic, glass or porcelain. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Makes 16-1 tablespoons servings

Add any extra herbs to your liking or try minced garlic and even grated citrus peels.
