Healthy Whole Grain Bread

This Healthy Whole Grain Bread makes a tasty bread that you will enjoy, keep this recipe!

5 1/2 cups water

1/4 cup organic honey

1/2 cup canola oil

1 Tbsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. ascorbic acid

3 Tbsp. yeast

11-12 cups whole grain flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 4 loaf pans and set aside.

Combine all ingredients except whole grain flour. Let stand until until the yeast is dissolved and starting to rise.

Coat hands lightly with oil to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Add flour 4 cups at a time and knead for 10 minutes.

Shape into loaves or buns and place into pans. Let rise until double in size.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden on top. Remove from oven and turn out onto cooling racks immediately.

Serve with Homemade Olive Butter Spread for a healthy alternative to butter.
