Healthy Homemade Energy Bars

Make your own Healthy Homemade Energy Bars at home, they are tastier and healthier for you!

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup chopped dates

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/2 cup seeds, like sunflower, pumpkin

Place ingredients in a large bowl, mix in 1 1/2 cups peanut or almond butter (no sugar added brand). Add 1 cup of honey and 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract, mix well to combine.

Shape into bars about 1-inch thick. for a drier texture, bake bars for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Cool. Wrap individually and take for an on-the-go snack.
