Graham Cracker Breakfast Pancakes

Graham Cracker Breakfast Pancakes are a favorite that will warm you up on those chilly winter mornings.

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 Tbsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup milk

2 Tbsp. butter, melted

1 egg

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine first 4 ingredients, set aside.

Whisk milk, butter and egg together, mix into flour mixture. Fold in pecans.

Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot greased griddle or skillet.

Cook until bubbles form along edges, flip and cook until golden on both sides.

Serve with Homemade Maple Syrup.
