Fresh Blueberry Pie

This Fresh Blueberry Pie is quite delicious!

1 recipe Two Crust Pastry Recipe

3/4 cup sugar

3 Tbsp. cornstarch

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. salt

4 cups blueberries

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. butter, sliced

Prepare pie crust recipe.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle over blueberries.

Roll out half pie dough and line a 9 inch pie plate with crust.

Pour berry mixture in crust. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.

Roll out remaining pie dough to fit top, crimp and flute edges. Cut vents in top.

Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until crust is golden.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
