Firecracker Grilled Salmon

Make this wonderful Firecracker Grilled Salmon for a healthy meal, it is delicious!

4 6 oz. salmon fillets

1/4 cup peanut oil

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped

1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1/8 tsp. salt

Place salmon is a casserole dish.

Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salmon.

Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate 4-6 hours.

Remove salmon, discarding marinade.

Place on an aluminum foil-lined grill, spray foil with nonstick vegetables spray.

Grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Turn halfway through cooking.

Serve with Mediterranean Pasta Salad for a delicious meal.
