Easy Mild Salsa

Easy Mild Salsa is a quick, easy recipe to prepare if you are in a hurry. Tastes great to.

1/4 medium white onion, peeled

2 Tbsp. diced green chilies

1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

2 cloves garlic, peeled

1 14.5 oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic

1/2 fresh lime, juiced

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1 Tbsp. cumin

Add onion, bell pepper and garlic to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the bits are your desired size, less for chunky and more for smooth salsa.

Open cover, scrape down sides. Add remaining ingredients and pulse 1 or 2 more times to combine.

Taste and adjust seasonings.

Transfer to a serving dish and serve or refrigerate for more flavor the next day.

Serves 4 (1/2 cup servings)

**If you want a spicier salsa, add 2 Tbsp. diced jalapeno.

**Salsa will keep fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
