Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Cake

This Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Cake is easy to make using your slow cooker, it makes a delicious dessert that can’t be beat!

2 12 oz. tubes of cinnamon roll dough, each one cut in quarters

3 eggs

1/2 cup half & half or whipping cream

3 Tbsp. maple syrup

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/3 cup chopped pecans, optional

Spray a 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

Place cinnamon roll quarters evenly in slow cooker.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, half & half, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Slowly pour on top of cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle with pecans on top.

Spoon one of the containers of icing on top (that came with cinnamon rolls).

Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Cinnamon rolls should be golden brown along the edge and no longer gooey in middle.

Once done, turn off slow cooker and spoon second container of icing on top. Serve warm.
