Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken

This Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken makes a delicious 30 minute meal to serve for dinner tonight!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. butter

3 cloves garlic cloves, minced

1 cup white wine

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. grainy mustard

3 Tbsp. honey

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

salt & pepper to taste

Heat a large skillet to medium high and heat butter and oil until butter is melted.

Cut the chicken lengthwise into thin cutlets. Place the chicken into the skillet and brown on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.

Reduce the heat to medium and saute the garlic until tender. Add white wine and continue to cook until reduced by half. Add both mustards and stir to combine. Add the heavy cream, chicken broth and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chicken back into the sauce and allow chicken to cook a few more minutes.

Serve with Fancy Broccoli, if desired.
