Country Comfort Chicken Soup

This warm Country Comfort Chicken Soup  is the perfect meal on a chilly day!

9 cups water

2 cups baby carrots, sliced

1 cup celery, chopped

2 Tbsp. garlic, minced

1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

1 tsp. dried parsley

1 tsp. poultry seasoning

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

4 cubes chicken bouillon

5 cups fine egg noodles, uncooked

Place all ingredients, except noodles in a large Dutch oven.

Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer until chicken and vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.

Remove chicken from simmering broth, let cool slightly.

Stir noodles into broth, simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until noodles are done.

Dice chicken and return to soup while noodles are cooking.

Serve with Rosemary  Focaccia Bread for a delicious meal.
