Cornflake Macaroons

Bake these Cornflake Macaroons for a delicious treat this afternoon!

1 egg white

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 cup cornflakes

1/4 tsp. almond extract

1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets and set aside.

Beat egg white until stiff peaks form, stir in remaining ingredients.

Place by teaspoonfuls on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool a few minutes on baking sheets before removing to wire rack to cool.

Yield: 18 cookies
