Cooling Mint Sauce

This Cooling Mint Sauce recipe to serve with Indian main-course curries or lamb dishes.

1 cup whole plain yogurt

1/2 tsp. grated lime zest

1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint

1/2 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber

In a small bowl, using a fork or wooden spoon, combine yogurt, lime zest, mint and cucumber until well blended. Store covered in refrigerator.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
