Coffee Pecan Pound Cake

Coffee Pecan Pound Cake makes a moist, full of delicious flavor treat you will love to serve over and over!

3/4 cup softened butter

3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 eggs, lightly beaten

4 tsp. coffee granules dissolved in 2 Tbsp. hot water

1 3/4 cup all purposed flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

Dissolve the coffee in water, sift the flour and add salt and baking powder to flour. Crush pecans with your hands, set all aside.

Cream the butter and sugar together. Slowly add the beaten eggs a little at a time, mixing constantly on low speed.

Add half the milk with half of the flour mixture, with the mixer on low speed. Add the coffee mixture, and then the remaining milk and flour. Fold in pecans.

Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Serve with a cup of Honey Coffee for a wonderful treat.
