Chocolate Magic Graham Bars

These Chocolate Magic Graham Bars are coated with powdered sugar, they are a most delicious bar which are easy to make. Take these to your next picnic or any other get-together.

1 14 oz. box cinnamon graham crackers, about 3 sleeves

1 12 oz. package milk chocolate chips

3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk

1 Tbsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with foil, leaving an overhang. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Place graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.

In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, pecans, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Mix until well combined.

Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake about 25 minutes or until just set. Do not over bake.

Cool completely. Lift the bars from the pan using the foil. Cut into squares. Place powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Gently toss the squares in powdered sugar to coat. Store in an airtight container.
