Chile Con Queso

Try this Chile Con Queso for a fantastic dip for your game day table, or serve anytime you want some Queso!

1 lb. package refrigerated hot breakfast sausage

1 onion, diced

2 lb. package Velveeta

10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies

2 cans chopped green chilies

1 jalapeno, diced

Tortilla chips, for serving

Brown the sausage and onion in a large nonstick skillet, breaking up the sausage as you go. Once it is browned, drain off the fat.

Chop the Velveeta into cubes and add the diced tomatoes with green chilies and green chilies.

Cook over a low heat until it all starts to melt. Stir in the diced jalapeno. Once melted it is ready.

Serve with chips
