Chicken Chow Mein

Make this Chicken Chow Mein for dinner tonight, most of the ingredients are already in your pantry!

6 oz. can chicken, drained

4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained

10.75 oz. can cream of celery soup

5 oz. can evaporated milk

5 oz. can chow mein noodles

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup cashews, chopped

hot cooked rice

Mix together all ingredients except rice.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees in a lightly greased 3-4 quart casserole dish until golden and bubbly and celery is tender, about 20-30 minutes.

Serve over cooked rice if desired.
