Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

You can’t go wrong serving Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms as an appetizer for your next dinner party!

24 fresh mushroom, stems removed

1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach

2 oz. cream cheese

4 oz. feta cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped green onion with tops

salt to taste

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wipe mushroom caps clean with a damp paper towel. Thaw spinach in a colander, squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, green onions, salt to taste and mix well.

Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
