Beef Teriyaki Noodles

Beef Teriyaki Noodles is a quick dinner meal. Tasty for any night of the week!

1 envelope (4.6 oz.) lo mein noodles and teriyaki sauce mix

1 lb. beef flat iron steak or top sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

2 Tbsp. canola oil, divided

2 cups frozen pepper & onion stir fry blend

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Prepare noodle mix according to package directions.

Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat.

Add beef stir-fry for 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink.

Remove from pan and discard drippings.

Stir-fry vegetables and mushrooms in remaining oil, 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Return beef to pan. Stir in noodle mixture and heat through.

Serve with Homemade Egg Rolls, if desired.
