Beef & Tater Bake

Beef & Tater Bake is a meal the whole family will enjoy. It will feed a crowd!

4 cups frozen Tater Tots

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 16 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

1 10.75 oz. can condensed cream of broccoli soup

1 medium tomato

1 28. oz. can French-fried onions, divided

1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey jack cheese, divided

1/3 cup milk

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place tater tots in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.

Stir in broccoli, soup, tomato, 3/4 cup french-fried onions, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, garlic powder and pepper, heat through.

Pour over tater tots. Cover and bake 20 minutes.

Uncover, sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese.

Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Makes 12 servings.
