Beef Filling for Tacos

Give this Beef Filling for Tacos a try for dinner tonight, it is delicious! It will feed a hungry crowd!

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 onion, chopped fine

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp. chili powder

1 lb. lean ground beef

salt to taste

Heat the oil in a large skillet, add onion and stir often until the onion is soft. Add garlic and cook, stirring for 2 minutes, add chili powder, beef and salt.

Mix and cook, stirring, breaking the meat into small pieces, until meat is no longer pink.

With a slotted spoon, leaving the fat in the skillet, remove the meat mixture to a bowl.

Use about 2 Tablespoons per taco or enchilada when filling. Serve with Spanish Rice.

Fills 10-12 tacos
