Banana & Oat Protein Muffins

Just a 100 calories in each Banana & Oat Protein Muffins. They contain no sugar or flour!

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/3 cup raw honey

1 tsp. vanilla

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

cinnamon to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray or line with muffin baking cups, a 12 cup muffin tin.

Place bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla into a food processor, blend until smooth.

Add in dry ingredients and mix to blend.

Pour into muffin tin and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve warm with coconut butter.
