Banana Cream Cookies

Try these Banana Cream Cookies, they have a soft, chewy texture and are the best tasting cookie you will ever eat!

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

1 banana, mashed

3.4 oz. package banana cream instant pudding mix

2 large eggs

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.

Combine butter and sugar, mix with an electric mixer. Add banana, dry pudding mix and eggs. Mix until smooth.

Pour dry ingredients into the mixing bowl and slowly mix to combine. Add white chocolate chips and gently mix to evenly distribute through out the dough.

Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto the parchment lined baking pans.

Bake 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Let cookies cool several minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.

Makes 3 1/2 dozen
