Banana Breakfast Cookies

Try these Banana Breakfast Cookies for a quick on-the-go breakfast idea!

3 bananas, mashed

2 cups quick cooking oats

1/3 cup applesauce

1 egg

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

Place heaping tablespoons of dough on a parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart and gently press with a fork.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool completely. Store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
