Apple & Berry Breakfast Crisp

Just add a dollop of vanilla yogurt to this Apple & Berry Breakfast Crisp for a wonderfully delicious breakfast!

4 apples, cored, peeled and thinly sliced

2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup frozen orange concentrate, thawed

2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

vanilla yogurt, optional

Oat Topping:

1 cup oatmeal, uncooked

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/3 cup butter, melted

2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a large bowl, stir until fruit is evenly coated.

Spoon into a lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan.

Sprinkle with Oat Topping evenly over fruit.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender.

Serve warm with yogurt, if desired.

To prepare Oat Topping: Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Serves 9

Variation: Use sliced strawberries instead of blueberries.
